Centralian Controls and Western Process Controls are merging their valve business
In light of the changing landscape of the Oil and Gas Industry in South Australia and Northern Territory, Centralian Controls and Western Process Controls have decided to merge their Valve businesses, which will take effect 1st November 2019. From this date, Western Process Controls will be the entity for all valve related matters.
Centralian Controls will continue to focus on Telemetry, RTU, Flow Computer & SCADA, Solar systems and Packaged Solutions, servicing the same clients as before - operating from the same location in Adelaide.
This valve business merger will prove to be of benefit to our customers by providing greater flexibility and additional resources that will consolidate our support across the relevant states.
Both companies are committed to the support of their clients and employees. To ensure continuity, five employees of Centralian Controls will transfer to Western Process Controls, to continue the valuable valve sales and support in Adelaide, for South Australian clients. Northern Territory clients will be supported by Western Process Controls’ Perth office. Once established in 2020, the Western Process Controls Sales and Service office in Darwin will take over the support of clients in the Northern Territory.
