This Privacy Policy applies to Western Process Control and its affiliates ("Western Process Control") to the extent that their operations relate to data subjects in Australia. It also explains how we handle personal information and comply with the requirements of applicable Australian privacy laws ("Privacy Laws"). Like most large organisations, we use a range of service providers to help us maximise the quality and efficiency of our services and our business operations. However, this does not change our commitment to safeguard your privacy and we will comply with all applicable laws relating to the cross-border data disclosure.

Like most businesses marketing is important to our business' success. We therefore, from time to time, send marketing materials to current or prospective customers. We only do so in accordance with applicable laws or with your prior consent.

If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we hold about you, you are welcome to request access to your record by contacting the business unit of Western Process Control which you believe possesses your personal information or if not known, Western Process Control's at sales@wpc.com.au. When contacting us, you shall specify your name, your company, the Western Process Control business unit which you believe possesses your personal information and any other information that may help us process your request effectively. Our file of your information will usually be made available to you within [14] days.

If at any time you wish to change personal information that we hold about you because it is inaccurate or out of date, please contact the business unit of Western Process Control which you believe possesses your personal data or if not known, Western Process Control's at sales@wpc.com.au. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. When contacting us, please specify your name, your company, the Western Process Control business unit which you believe possesses your personal information and any other information that may help us process your request effectively.

We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate, up to date and complete. For instance, in the case of information collected using warranty cards, once that information is transferred to a secure database, we will destroy the warranty card promptly thereafter. Your information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. We require our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.

When we no longer need to use your information, we will take steps to properly and permanently de-identify or destroy it.
