Our involvement with customers does not end with the supply of product, this is really only the beginning; at Western Process Controls we endeavour to create a close, long-term relationship with the plant. Regardless of whether our opening engagement has been with a consultant, EPC or indeed the end user, our aim remains the same which is to provide complete life cycle support. Working closely with end users it is crucial to understand their operations strategy in order to align our services to the needs and demands that processes can bring. To ensure long-run in areas such as reliability, maintenance and safety, we only supply, stock and use Genuine Fisher Parts in our service and repair program.

The Western Process Controls life cycle services is a tiered offering and essentially comprises of four levels:

– Contract
– Maintenance
– Planned Events
– Unscheduled Events
