Changes and Termination of the Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revise these Terms at any time and correct any errors or omissions in any portion of our Services and Materials, and will post updates on this webpage with a new effective date. Materials may also be changed, modified, added, or removed and updated without notice at any time; however, we are under no obligation to update Materials. Governing Law and Arbitration

You agree that disputes between you and Western Process Control will be resolved by binding arbitration and you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. In the event that binding arbitration is not enforceable, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australia for the resolution any disputes. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of our Services must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises.

Entire Agreement and Void Where Prohibited

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Western Process Control and you with respect to your use of our Services. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Our obligations and responsibilities regarding our products and services are governed solely by our terms and conditions of sale or license under which such products and services are sold or licensed.

We make no representation that the Materials in our Services are appropriate or available for use at other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access our Services from a location outside of Australia, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. If we receive information about you from someone else (for example from someone who supplies goods or services to us), we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are aware that we have collected personal information about you and the circumstances of the collection.

If at any time you wish to change personal information that we hold about you because it is inaccurate or out of date, please contact the business unit of Western Process Control which you believe possesses your personal data or if not known, Western Process Control's at sales@wpc.com.au. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. When contacting us, please specify your name, your company, the Western Process Control business unit which you believe possesses your personal information and any other information that may help us process your request effectively.




Storage and security of your personal information




We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate, up to date and complete. For instance, in the case of information collected using warranty cards, once that information is transferred to a secure database, we will destroy the warranty card promptly thereafter. Your information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. We require our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.

When we no longer need to use your information, we will take steps to properly and permanently de-identify or destroy it.
